The journey begins here, in 5 easy steps.
Step 1 - Choosing your Jewellery
Begin by selecting the costume jewellery you’d like incorporated into your dragonfly. You can send individual beads or the entire item — any unused pieces will be returned to you.

Step 2 - Colour & Size
Once your beads or jewellery arrive by post, we’ll schedule a video call to discuss the colour palette and size of your dragonfly.
Together, we’ll choose tones that enhance and complement your design. If additional beads are needed, I’ll draw from my own collection to complete the look
Step 3 - Selecting the Frame
The frame choice depends on your dragonfly’s size. To give it space to spread its wings, it will be set in a boxed frame, available in a range of colours to suit your style.
Step 4 - Creating the Background
By sharing your story — whether it’s a tribute to a loved one or a special gift — I’ll design a background that reflects its meaning. The medium will be chosen to enhance your piece, whether watercolour, resin, or mixed media, ensuring a harmonious finish.
Step 5 - Sending Your Dragonfly Home
From our very first connection to the moment your dragonfly is ready to take flight, the full process can take up to four weeks, allowing the time and care your piece deserves. Once complete, your artwork will be gently packaged and posted to you — a meaningful keepsake to honour a loved one or a heartfelt gift for someone special. I can post to anywhere in Europe, so your dragonfly can reach you, or the person you’re gifting it to, wherever home may be.
